How To Achieve A Matte lips Without Using A Matte Lipstick

Kinda out of trend but this technique really works and is very easy.

Step 1: Glossy Base

Apply your lipstick in a layer covering your whole lip(even the liner area). One layer only!

Step 2: Powder & Again

Apply powder layer on it and again apply a layer of lipstick.
You can use your talcum powder ;) Not necessary to use translucent powder.

Step 3: Again powder

Now again apply the powder and brush off the visible ones and from around the lips.

Step 4: Done!

This way it transforms the Glossy Lipstick into a fine finish matte one & your lips remain moisturized on the inside and matte on the outside!
